REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 10/1/2025

All sales on www.Vitaologee.com] are final.  Purchases from other streaming platforms follows terms, service and policy of their particular business and Vitaologee will not be responsible for service or platform matters related to streaming sites. Please contact the streaming vendor directly if there are any issues with your purchase there.

Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

1. Digital Products (Music Downloads, Streams, or Subscriptions)

Once a digital product (such as a music file, download, or stream) has been accessed or delivered, it is non-refundable. This includes any digital bundles, exclusive content, or membership-based services.

2. Email Subscriptions / Fan Club Access

Fees paid for email newsletters, exclusive member content, or fan club access are non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel before the end of a billing cycle or promotional period.

3. Merchandise (Physical Items)

All physical merchandise sales (e.g. vinyl, CDs, apparel) are final.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong item

If this occurs, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at [your@email.com] with your order number and photos of the issue.

4. Unauthorized Transactions

We are not responsible for purchases made without the account holder’s permission. Please ensure your payment information is secure.
